Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading client projects, providing strategic HR advice, and developing tailored solutions to meet our clients’ unique needs. This position requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage client engagements from start to finish, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client HR needs and develop strategic plans to address gaps and improve performance.
• Provide expert HR consultation on a range of topics, including talent management, organizational development, compliance, and employee relations.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative HR solutions that align with client goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and go-to resource for HR-related matters.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to provide cutting-edge advice.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants to develop their skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR consulting or a senior HR role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Proven experience leading complex HR projects and managing client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
