Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations, provide administrative support to staff, and ensure a smooth and productive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure all office needs are met.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos, emails, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Support HR in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense reporting.
- Manage office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
